Julie and Mike had their intimate Italian-inspired wedding at Galleria Marchetti’s “La Pergola”, a two-space venue decorated with an authentic Italian atmosphere.
The beautiful venue featured white candle-lit tables, glassware with fine wine, a greenery vine wall, a charming old-worn anteroom with an exhibition kitchen, an amazing retractable roof to dine beneath the stars, and string lights for a much more romantic vibe. It was the perfect recipe to celebrate love with elegance.
The couple danced along to J Balvin’s “Mi Gente” song for their surprise dance. It was something out of the norm, making their wedding unique. It caught everyone’s eye and made them want to turn up. They also had a mariachi band play some songs for them.
The newlyweds shared their dining table with loved ones, so they added a draped white cloth to make their chairs stand out. A neon sign that read “The Tobins” also lay overhead their chairs.
Aside from the delicious meals and freshly baked pizza prepared by Galleria Marchetti’s catering experts, there had to be desserts to balance out the savoriness of dinner.
They served doughnuts with ice cream on top and the classic wedding cake. The cake was decorated with dusty pink and white roses, and green leaves to give it color. It also held a blue shield symbol, that has been in the family for generations, and the cake topper that read “Mr. & Mrs. Tobin”.
The photo booth’s tap-to-start screen featured the same blue shield symbol on the wedding cake. They used the greenery vine wall as their backdrop, and it was a brilliant idea because the wall is breathtaking. A guestbook was provided for all those who wanted to leave a special message to the married couple, along with their photo print.
This couple will celebrate their first-year anniversary in October. We truly hope for the best for them and that they will have many more years to go in the name of love!
