Artifact Events comprises five different event spaces: the north side which includes a first and second floor, the courtyard, and the south side, which also has two stories. This blog post will be dedicated to the north side of the venue and its amenities.
Artifact Events North’s first floor is a great option for large, small, or anything in between, weddings. It can seat up to 250 guests and 420 guests standing. It will leave guests in admiration as it is illuminated by natural sunlight and features a sky-high multi-story ceiling. The wedding ceremony can be celebrated here as well. Their white lush curtains cover the area of the built-in bars while guests await the ceremony. The built-in bars are ideal for cocktail hour. Once guests have enjoyed a delicious dinner and toast, the dancefloor awaits with dreamy twinkle lights above that will make you feel like dancing underneath the stars.
Artifact Events North’s second floor is the perfect option if you’re looking for a more dynamic transition wedding. It can fit up to 220 guests seated or standing. The space is surrounded by exposed brick walls and wide windows that pour in natural sunlight. This space is a great choice to dine and enjoy your favorite drinks, to then afterward move back downstairs to dance your little butt off.
Amenities include a manager on site, ambient decor and lighting, a private wedding suite, climate control, Wi-Fi, free parking, interior and exterior motor-vehicle access, and a variety of furniture options. They do mention that the availability of the amenities is subject to the extent of your wedding.
Artifact Events policies are the following: You are to use at least one of the caterers on their list of preferred vendors. Outside bar vendors are not allowed as they can provide the service for you, although they do not include the glassware for any bar package. A deposit is due at the moment of signing the contract, the “amount is based on a 50% rental rate and 50% estimated bar costs”. “The final bar selection, guest count, and final payment” are due two weeks before your wedding. They can “refund a client's deposit less a $1000 cancellation fee if submitted more than 6 months prior to the event date. Cancellations submitted less than 6 months prior to the event date will result in the loss of the total deposit paid”. They do require special liability insurance for any event.
Be sure to contact Artifact Events for any inquiries you have in mind, and they will gladly reach out to you! We always try to keep these blog posts as up to date as possible, but any of this information might change at the venue's discretion.
